Flandre Scarlet PPGZ Style

Well this picture when I was bored while I was at home, Flandre Scarlet in PPGZ style or Diabolic Wave! Diabolic Wave is her title in Touhou 9.5 I used because 1. I ran out of ideas and 2. it sounds like a name in PPGZ. I hate the eyes they were so hard to draw and I still failed at it . Anyway Please Comment and Enjoy!

I may do other touhou characters in PPGZ Style but I don't know
