I love this one -^.^- She is so cute!!

To improve, I guess you could add more contrast in the colouring. For example, with the hair you could use a darker colour around the back (if the light source is directly in front), or anywhere that the light would find hard to reach. Or you could add some little highlights to the different sections of hair to make it look more shiny and manga-y xD (not a word *shot*)

The contrasting colours will just help to give the character depth and make her look more life like and real ^-^ But you have already done a good job with that, like how you have drawn the head band. It's really well placed, so that the hair has volume over it The creases in the dress and sleeves have been drawn really well as well, so just keep doing what you're doing there!
